Garrison Architects was commissioned by the college trustees to design this phase of the campus “Ed’s and Med’s” initiative.

This new 2-story 56,545 SF steel framed medical building including four (4) outpatient medical clinics, lobby café area, and a physical therapy suite on the first floor.  Also includes Rowan University College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Dean of Academics offices.

The project was publically advertised for bid in April of 2019 and a construction contract was awarded to Hall Building, Inc. in May of 2019 for $15 M.  The project was substantially completed in February of 2021.
