As Architect of Record and in accordance with the College Master Plan updated in 2013, Garrison Architects provided schematic programming and design, scheduling and cost estimates for the addition and renovations to the Business and Corporate Center.

The project scope included a new 572 SF Lobby addition with a 16’-4” high new curved window curtain wall and renovations to many of the rooms included new finishes such as new flooring and ceiling tiles, new lighting and new data and power outlets.  Renovations to the Corporate Conference Room #502 and #503, Lounge #501, Lecture Hall #500 and Graphic Arts Labs #512 and #513 included new carpet tile floor, new vinyl base, new ceiling tile & new grids, new HVAC Units, new LED lighting, and new data and power outlets.

The project was publically advertised for bid in September of 2015 and a construction contract was awarded to Aliano Brothers General Contractors for $1,144,570.  The project was completed on time in April of 2016 and under budget.
