This new 12,045 SF state-of-the-art Sea Isle Branch of the Cape May County Library features a ground-floor Children’s Library and a 225-seat Community Meeting Room as well as administrative areas and the circulation desk.

The monumental stair, an architectural facet of the lobby area, is flooded with natural light cascading from the large glass dome above the second floor which can also be accessed by elevator. The Adult Library and a coffee bar is on the second floor.

Construction of this $5.4 M facility began in June of 2010 and was completed in July of 2011.  Our administration services included LEED Shop Drawing Sample review as well as  compliance with the guidelines in order  to obtain a Silver Rating for this project.
