GARRISON ARCHITECTS

We Know South Jersey Because We Are South Jersey

For us, it’s personal

As a second generation architectural and planning firm, we have a vested interest in upholding the values and integrity upon which our firm was built. We know the local region and regulations like the back of our hands. We’ve built strong relationships with county and municipal officials. We understand the nuances of getting referendums passed and regulatory funding approved. And we understand the concerns of your community, because it’s our community, too.

WE’RE HONORED TO SERVE

OUR COMMUNITIES

That is why we give you the tools and resources to actively campaign for every referendum…

We won our first school district client in 1993. And we’re still working with them today.

Recreation

From parks and field houses to golf clubs and community pools, we understand what it takes to compete and win.

Government & Library

Whether you need a new municipal building, courtroom or library or want to expand your facility, we have the experience and the drive to get it done.

Public Safety

When it comes to police stations, firehouse and other public safety facilities, time and money is of the essence. We’ll keep every project moving so it’s completed on time and on budget.

THREE STEPS TO SUCCESSFUL DESIGN

Our Unwavering Promise

No two projects are alike, but three things remain consistent across all our projects.

01

On Time

We set schedules on day one, and we adhere to them—keeping our team and your project on track every step of the way.

02

On Target

Every design starts with a vision. Yours. We are committed to bringing every project to life exactly as intended.

03

On Budget

We understand what it takes to get budgets and funding approved. And once they are, we stay within them.

DESIGNS, AESTHETICS, TECHNOLOGIES AND REGULATIONS HAVE CHANGED OVER THE PAST 50 YEARS. WE’VE MANAGED TO NOT JUST KEEP UP, BUT STAY ONE STEP AHEAD THE ENTIRE TIME.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING

Client Testimonials

Garrison Architects has taken the lead in several major ways as the Delran Township Board of Education developed facility solutions to meet its goals in the area of colleague and career preparedness with the completion of a 6,000 square foot digital fabrication laboratory.  Additionally, Garrison has taken the lead on the development of and subsequent completion of a long range facility plan.

In short, the district has progressed immeasurably since I recommended Garrison Architects to take over our district architectural services.  Can you say that about your architect?

Brian Brotschul, Ed.D.
Delran Township School District Former Superintendent of Schools

On behalf of the Cumberland County Board of Vocational Education, Administration, Faculty and Students, we would like to thank you for the excellence provided by your team in the successful completion of our new school campus.

Dina Rossi, Ed.D.
Superintendent, Cumberland County TEC

Garrison Architects has been the Architect of Record for the Cherry Hill Public School District since February of 2020.  In addition, I had the pleasure of working with them in my previous district from 2010 to until I left the District in 2016.  Having worked with several architectural firms throughout my career as a School Business Administrator, I can say with confidence that they are the most professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating firm I have worked with.

Lynn E. Shugars
Cherry Hill Public Schools Assistant Superintendent for Business/Business Administrator
