Ocean City High School CM wins Award

Moorestown -GREYHAWK North America received two awards from the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of Construction Management Association of America on May 2nd at their annual awards dinner. GREYHAWK has won the prestigious 2005 Project of the Year Awards for Schools over $10 million for the new Ocean City (NJ) High School, to a design by Garrison Architects of Mount Laurel.

The new Ocean City High School is a 233,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located on the Jersey Shore, with the east end of the site a mere half block from the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. The project was built around the existing football stadium and included demolition of the existing High School. The school houses approximately 1,400 students, along with 200 staff members and the Ocean City Board of Education administrative offices.
